Many years ago, my previous home owner was mistakenly told that his land extended enough so they plante a beautiful flower garden. Now, my HOA told me to plow the flower garden over and plant grass. This is absurd as the flower garden adds to the bland common grounds in the area. The garden is beautiful and adds color to the community. People are thankful that the garden is in place when taking a walk on the black paved trail. This should not be destroyed because it was accidently placed on common property but can be maintained, it improves and gives to the susrrounding area, and is a place of beauty. Please help me keep this garden growing by signing this petition. Thank you very much
