My Husband and my daughters's Father died last year-Mr Tran's support and dedication to my Daughter during this difficult year was instrumental in keeping her focused and on track for her College future. I am concerned that If he becomes a shared counselor for both Campuses a student in need may not get the help at the moment that they need it. This would be a loss for all parties involved.

Mr. Tran's energy is often the missing ingredient in our schools. He has been a very positive role model for our children. Dedicated Teacher.

This is another example of why parents homeschool or go to private if they are able. Costcutting BS and beauracracy. PROPERTY tax revenue has increased like crazy the last 10-15 years, and yet the ones paying it seem to be getting less and less.

Minh Tran is a huge asset to PHS and its families. He has been supporting my students Amadea and Axel even before they arrived at PHS. Now that Amadea is a Freshman College Student, he takes the time to check in to see how she's progressing.
He's also willing to support after hours outreach to the PUSD middle schools to help families feel confident that the district has a viable high school option for their students.
District bean counters, it's time to put away the spreadsheets and show your faces on campus to see who's really making a difference for our students. If you need to find a part time counselor for Marshall, please look somewhere else.

PHS needs Mr Tran full time. His commitment to all the students is unsurpassed. We are new to PHS, yet Mr Tran already knows both my daughters and has assisted with their transition. Although he is not their assigned counselor his extra voluntary duties at PHS make him the "go to" person for advice and assistance.

Mr. Tran has been doing an OUTSTANDING job and we continue to need his help. Having his time split would be unproductive to both schools and makes no sense. Our family and other families of the class of 2017 desperately need him at PHS full time!
