The goal isn't to keep James Moriarty as the primary villan on Sherlock, but to keep him alive. Whether he is in jail or if he flees, we hope to have not seen the last Andrew Scott's fenomenal acting.

way too good of an actor to just disappear halfway through. moriarty is the best part of the whole series honestly.
