My heart is breaking! I knew Fred, Eva and Jeremy. They lived two doors down. I remember this living family so well. Jeremy riding his tricycle up and down the hall. The Xmas tree they have us from Jeremy's kindergarten class. This has haunted me for years and to know that this individual is to be let out scared the life out of me. To use his ancestral background actually is insulting. I personally know men and women that felt with worse upbringing and you know what? They DID NOT KILL!!!

This gutter rat, Babinski, has ruined many lives. I cherish my memories of Eva and miss her every day. My children, Jeremy's age, were raised playing in the cemetery while I would spend so much of my time talking to her....It's not fair that the sewer rat gets to live...Sure, he did time on the reserve, but now he's free and Eva didn't get to come back to us..

20 years is way too soon for a rapist and a murderer to be out on day parole and in a halfway house!
Our judicial system is letting these criminals out way too early on day parole!! As well as catering to this criminal because of he is Indigenous! I do not care what any criminal is, Caucasian, Asian, Indigenous, African American or any other ethnicity!! This is a slap in the face to the victims son who lost his Mother at 7!!

I am embarrassed to say I went to school with this jerk and had a high school crush on him. I knew his brother, who died in a car accident as a teen. This was in North Bay years ago. Not a shred of empathy for him-glad to add my name.
