I will not stand by whilst good women, intelligent women, caring women, are bullied. Stay strong Milli!

The truth is that only born women, females, can give birth and it’s always been that way and always will be that way. It’s not bigotry to say so but it is misogynistic to pretend otherwise and to deplatform Milli. Don’t give into the bullies!

To think that Modern day witch hunts of a woman committed to the greatest level of care for mothers and newborns are being orchestrated by people who consider themselves progressive is a sorry realisation indeed. Your words and passion for midwifery have helped thousands of women the world over and long may you continue to share your valued wisdom Milli.

The lies and vitriol directed at Milli must stop. Full stop!

The idea of a respected midwife being prevented from speaking by misogynist kneejerkers is just ridiculous.

Sex matters and so does bullying.

Women give birth and language matters

Biology is real. Womens rights matter

A defining experience - a lived experience - for many women is falling pregnant and having a baby. This reality should not be diminished or erased to accommodate a minuscule number of transmen who struggle to come to terms with their female bodies. We need to work out respectful solutions. Securing rights for transmen by stripping necessary rights and protections from women is not the solution.

As an advocate for women and their choices, Milli’s women centred birthing is vital for many new mothers and mothers to be.

Female erasure is happening. It is not transphobic to tall about breastfeeding or pregnant women. The new language isn't just dehumanising to females but so many of us have seen the hate mobs directed at JK Rowling et al that most of us are terrified of speaking out as our language, boundaries and sex class are erased. Milli is vital. We have a right to describe ourselves!

Even people who disagree with Milli should want to hear what she has to say, otherwise they are enemies of free speech

Solidarity. Reality is not hate.

Milli Hill is a extremely valued speaker. Do not silence her right to freedom of speech by deplatforming her.

Enough of this vilification and hounding of women simply for stating that sex is real and politically significant. How anyone can work in midwifery and not know that sex is observed, not assigned, usually after conception and before birth, is simply beyond belief. And please don’t claim that being of the female sex is of no consequence, or is a ‘social construct’. Tell that to the millions of aborted female foetuses and murdered baby girls, for starters. What a horror that the women’s movement now appears to be being blindly led by men’s rights activists masquerading as “feminists”. They are not feminists. No feminist seeks to erase women’s sex-based definitions, rights and protections. Leave Milli alone, leave women alone. And women - wake up to what those of you who go along with this - in the name of inclusivity- are perpetuating. Regressive, authoritarian misogyny. Women’s bodies are female. And sex matters. Gender identity ideology is harmful to mothers and babies.

Milli has done so much to support pregnant women and new mothers. Let her speak!

So sorry that you are going through this, Milli.

Childbirth is NOT political and should not be used as a weapon - any attempts to understand and make it less burdensome must NOT be blocked.
