This location has been here for like 20 years or more, and it is a community staple. If this store has to close for rent reasons, please open at a nearby location, which would continue to serve the Midtown area.

Please don't close this Starbucks. This is the only place that I have to get my iced tea and a snack without people cowering over me standing in line like Philz does. Besides I can always find a parking spot around the area and walk over unlike Philz that is close to becoming a hazardous area with traffic coming in and out oblivious to pedestrians and bicyclists and other cars, etc. That's another story though.

I spend $150+ per month at Starbucks. Prefer the coffee at Starbucks over Philz or Peets, but will be mostly going to one of those if this location closes.
