Michael Groat has been employed at the post office located in Rico, CO since 2013. He is not just an employee he is our neighbor and friend. Over the years he has been excellent keeping up with everyone moving around, is always super friendly, and incredibly dependable. We as a community do not want him to be sent to Telluride, CO and would like an exception to the regulations suggesting otherwise due to the staff changes. Please take this petition into consideration, we are a deeply concerned community.
