Women's rights are human rights. Sexism came first, is the -ism that provided the model for all other -isms, and is global oppression of half the population. In a world that rarely even recognizes femicide as a hate crime and sex-trafficking of women and girls is threatening to become institutionalized female slavery under the banner of decriminalized prostitution, sex-segregated spaces are of paramount importance. Lines must be drawn.

The women who need this space cannot be forced to believe they are in the company of sisters when transwomen are allowed in. It will spell the end of the Baths as a protected women’s space.

Women deserve our OWN SPACES. Males have theirs, and any "gender neutral space" that includes men IS a male space. They can have their own spaces. Leave ours alone.

If the policy of Australia is “do not discriminate on the basis of gender” then having a single sex space is within the law, as people with the gender “man” and “woman” can still join, as what is being used as a discriminatory definition is sex.
If this place is required to allow males on a certain gender in, then it IS discrimination on the basis of gender, because the male man gender isn’t allowed in, while the male woman is.
Requiring the pool to allow male women in is also putting the feelings of male women over the feelings, safety, dignity of female men and women.

Surely you can see that women need safe spaces, women-only spaces, and Muslim women friendly spaces. A small vocal minority should not be given preference.
