Is the pool ok with letting their sex assault cases skyrocket? Overwhelming majority of sex attacks occur is unisex facilities (I.e. changing rooms, loos). And the group of people demanding access commit violent sexual crimes 18x higher. They don’t want to use unisex facilities because they’re “vulnerable”? They are actually, twice as likely to be a perpetrator than a victim. The crime statistics are horrifying.

Please keep this bath female person only! Women, and especially teen girls, need a (born) female-only space to enjoy, bathe and relax. Desegregating this space will cause conflict. If it is female only, transgender female-to-male will still access the space if they have undergone full sex reassignment treatment, because nobody will be giving vaginal exams at the door.
In consideration of that, a female-only policy does not discriminate against trans-women, it only discriminates against men. But that is something we NEED. Keeping it strictly female-only, and not permitting self-ID, will allow women and girls to feel comfortable using this space, and we NEED a space that is free from males. Self-ID merely permits any man who can speak to enter this female-only space. This policy shift would effectively make it co-ed, like every other bath on the coast. Why are we not allowed to have a single bath for ourselves? Just one...
