This is for women only swimming. Men and trans women (men) can swim anywhere....Muslim, Christian Orthodox and Orthodox Jewish women cannot swim with men...even if those men ‘feel like a woman. To change this to a pool for men as well discriminates against women who are already heavily impacted for being women.

I accept post-op trans women accessing the baths but believe opening them to self-ID trans women renders the ‘woman-only’ intent farcical and redundant. Fully support bio women of every description including trans men in accessing these facilities.

Why was this bath offered a permit for women exclusivity in the first place? Has that reason changed? No it hasn't.
Women were and still are susceptible to male pattern violence. Men who have not undergone transition are still male and susceptible to male pattern violence. The scientific studies prove this.
