Keep McIver's Ladies Baths Women & Children Only

This must be a woman and children space and must remain that way. Women have rights and they should be respected as such.

Trans activists aren't happy with the baths following the law. These activists are demanding the baths allows trans women in even if they don't meet the legal definition of a trans woman. They don't want equal rights, they want absolute capitulation to their demands, including a grovelling apology from women for ever having said no to them. This is typical of abusive men and it's sickening that so many women support them. Men have previously launched law suits against the existence of a women-only baths. Do you think these men aren't going to take advantage of self-id? You don't think these men's rights activists aren't going to smirk and say ÿeah, I'm a woman" when stopped at the bath's entrance? If you remove any definition of gender except self-id, you remove any ability for women to keep spaces for themselves. When the only women's sea baths on the entire continent inevitably becomes unisex, none of the trans activists or the women who supported them, will give a damn or even know about it. Women's rights are a game to them.

Women deserve places for themselves

There are many other unisex pools and areas to swim in the area, the women that visit the pool should not have to feel uncomfortable or stop attending if this change is made, which many would due to culture, religion, etc.

Women n children place should stay as we need more of them and Please Stop Destroying Aboriginal place.

Keep the bath women and children only!

If you have a penis, you are not a woman. Keep penis' out of women's safe spaces.

Because women need to feel safe from people with penises.

Women don’t owe you anything.

I don't even like seeing little boys in women and girls' spaces.

Keep this a Women's Pool (female born) only please as a safe space for them and children. There are plenty of other pools and baths available to the transgender community. And this new policy would allow ANY men to enter if they claimed they are transgender and pre-surgery. Please respect this space as a historical Women's Only Bath.

Male bodied persons have no business inveigling their way into women's sanctuaries. There are many, many other baths, beaches and pools that the trans community can access. There is no *need* for them to access McIvers. Hands off!

This is not about discrimination rather about keeping this the safe haven it is for women who are unable to do go any where else due to religious reasons & or privacy reasons.

I'm sick of women having to make space at every turn for everyone. Why not designate specific times and/or days for transwomen to swim at ANY OTHER public swimming pool if they don't want to swim with men? Women who for religious, trauma-related or preference reasons do not want to see or be exposed to male genitalia (and attitudes) should be allowed space in which to exist and enjoy themselves without risk of that occuring.

A man’s delusions can’t be taken more seriously than women’s right to safety. This space is segregated by sex. Men can define their gender to be whatever they want (“transwomen” for instance), but that doesn’t change their sex. If you’re not -at least- asking them to have the “sex reassignment surgery” then you’re allowing men to this place, men who simply will need to say “i’m a woman” and that’s it. What happen to women’s rights? They’re being erased.

Should be ashamed of themselves for not standing up to these bullies and defending women's rights.
