This needs to stay open to the public for recreational use.. Closing it serves no purpose.

This land has brought pur joy & Happiness to thousands of family's who have visited it over the year's. Don't let more greed & selfish behavior take yet another cherished place away from the lower class community's. Most can't afford lavish tropical vacation destinations... This place is their Cancun. Keep it community & keep it sacred.

The gate was open this spring but then they closed it all summer and my kids where heart broken that is there favorite place to go and mine to tell you the truth its really thr only sand bar you can get to in a vehicle

And u could fish there it getting to the point where a man can not enjoy fishing on the banks of the wabash river anymore unless you have a boat

It is a road that family's have used including me my whole life to get to the sand bar... The farmer's are trying to close it because the want to try and sale hunting trips to out of town hunters..... And to plant crops in flood zones so they can collect crop insurance for crops that shouldn't even be planted there..... Take and take from the system.......
