Keep Mathews Elementary a Family

I love both of these wonderful men. Some of my best memories surround them. I left Mathews over 20 yrs ago. And grew up right down the street. Mr. Cleo and Mr. Brown are definitely part of the "Mathews family". I'd would be willing to bet theyou would remember me. And I don't say that to mention you I am, but say that to say who they are.

Come on Muscogee County Schools! First, these gentlemen have earned their seniority and have dedicated decades to these children. Why are we taking familiar, trust worthy, very well loved individuals from our kids?!

I have worked along side of theses hardworking men for 24 years! Please keep them at Mathews!

All three of my boys went to Mathews, they loved all the custodial staff.. Mr Anthony was very special as well,he would draw Cody pictures, always made sure they got to class etc.. the custodial staff is certainly part of the Mathews family. You cannot replace the care and concern each of theses guys have for our children.

We love Mr. Cleo and Mr. Brown.. it would be devastating to loose just one of them, but both of them is unimaginable. All three of my boys just adore them.. please don't take them from us.. thank you, Beth Popham

These two men are family. They deserve to stay at Mathews!

These gentlemen belong at Mathews. Please allow them to stay until they retire.

I attended Matthews elementary from kindergarten through fifth grade. Some of the best memories I have are cutting up and spending time with those two men. They aren't just custodians, they are a part of the Matthews family. I'm so thankful for the memories I have with them as well as the whole staff at Matthews.

Keep these gentleman in our school! The kids love them and so do the parents! They truly care about the school, the kids, staff, etc. We need them! We don't want strangers hired by an outside company that don't know a thing about our school or even care about it or the kids/faculty in it!

Our son went to Matthews 7 years ago. We loved the school and all who worked there. Both janitors were truly a blessing!!

Please keep them with us, they are apart of our family!

We will be heartbroken if you remove our custodians. They truly are family.

They are absolutely amazing and do not deserve to be transfered after 30 years!

The custodian staff is part of our small little family at Mathews. They clean our school not only during school hours but as well as events and after their shifts we owe our custodians a lot. We can't get rid of them. In addition, they made my daughter smile while she was in her wheelchair or using her walker. They love the kids and the kids loves them.

I have kids in their twenties that still remember Mr. Cleo and Mr. Brown. They have been a blessing to so many children and families. Please leave them at Mathews. They deserve to finish out their careers at the place they have served for so long.
