Please continue using masks in school. I have a niece that I love being around, but having stage 4 cancer I have to be extremely careful. Masks make it safer for me.

Please keep masking at least until 5 weeks after school age children have been allowed to get vaccinated. Ideally young children would also be allowed to be vaccinated before masks go away to keep community numbers from spiking especially as we are entering winter months when irises typically spread more easily. We are so close to being able to return to normal and removing masks now is premature but hopeful that they can soon be removed safely

We need to ensure that the most vulnerable are protected against exposure. A proven vaccine and mask is the best way to accomplish this.

Give children under 12 the opportunity to be fully vaccinated before lifting the mask mandates. This is the least we can do to keep them healthy especially with the vaccines in site.

Our family like others have had to sit everything out and quarantine the entire time due to a student with existing medical issues. This is a small favor so we can all participate.

We should have to act with fairness and wait until all kids from ages 5-11 years of age are fully vaccinated with both Covid shots. After that all kids in this cohort should be given two additional weeks for the vaccine to take effect as recommended per the Health Department.
