Manny has been arrested and the judge is debating on if he should be deported or not. His next court date is July 3rd, and she says for him to bring family there for a REASON to see why he should stay in the states and not be deported. If you do not know, he has a son named Noah, who just recently entered the family. If he get's deported it will be fore 10 years, meaning no one will see him (including Noah) for 10 years!!!!. He has no one in Germany and doesn't speak German, because he was brought here at two years old when his mother married my Uncle Mel. I am starting this petition in hopes that the family that will not make it to the court hearing, and his friend's can sign and write a reason for why Manny should stay. He made some mistakes in his past, but he doesn't deserve this to happen to him, Noah doesn't deserve it either.
