Small price to pay for 24 hour security. Full time at IW but also am gone 3-4 months. Like having security for house while gone. Plus, main gate only access can be awkward. Am OK paying additional for the service if necessary.

I briefly lived somewhere with the virtual attendant and basically anybody and everyone was let through and most without checking with a homeowner if not on the approved list. Concerned this will lead to 24 hr virtual attendant.

Please keep the night guard at Islandwalk. This was one of the top reasons we chose to purchase in this development especially since we are not here year round. We have the peace of mind of constant security
