Leave the attendant at the gate. There is no savings to the residents and there is a significant loss to community amenities and services by the removal of the attendant!

Having just sold our house We heard first hand from the buyers how valuable it was to them.

Please keep the third shift (night) attendant at the gate. I do appreciate having an attendant there.

Worth the money to have the gate manned 24x7.

I want the 24 hour guard gate service - instead of the expensive Islandwalk weather station the Board approved without a vote ... and never disclosed the true total costs.

We bought in IW because it was a 24 hours security.

We have always felt like the security of 24 hour manned security is superior to any technology. Please know that we do NOT want to save $2/month to give up a nighttime manned security gate. We walk our dog at midnight sometimes and never feel insecure with our current manned security.

I am in favor of having a guard at the gate 24 hours a day that’s why i came to Islandwalk’s because of it being a gated community with a 24 hour guard at the gate it puts me at ease that no one is suppose to get in that is not untitled to be hear and I feel more safer because of the guard at the gate house

All of our safety is my concern & a minimal cost is well worth it. We spend money on others things that are way less important!

I built in 2009. One of the main features that attracted me was 24/7 security. Very important. 2nd, maintenance free community. Well, that no longer applies. Leave our security in place.

I feel more secure knowing that guards are always present, especially at night. That’s one of the reasons we moved into Islandwalk.
