Why WIA wants a change?, please keep him we don't want a change as a pandit, if you want to change than change something else. E.g make more parking, develop infrastructure, but not a new pandit please.

We can not let maheshbhai go.. He has made a huge difference, maheshbhai makes well aware of what the meanings and how it's done very clearly with puja which makes want the youth to come along.His kindness and caring with us has made a huge impact in our lives.. With his blessings. The best Pandit we have ever had . He is the most generous and kind pandit I have ever met.. And my kids just, adore him and his family .

Mahesh Bhai is one of the biggest assest to the temple I don't think anyone can re-place Mahesh Bhai
I have even heard very good things about mahesh Bhai in Christchurch.
Mahesh Bhai definitely deserve to stay and help the community progress in right directions.

Can't let him go. See the impact of his work. Youth getting involved and getting along what else do you need as a community. Youth are the future generation and pillar of any community. I am pleased to see that youth are coming forward having a voice to keep him stay. I don't think there has to be any doubt to keep him along as a Pandit.

I have been know Maheshbhai from navsari, India. He is very kind, friendly, honest and helpful to all. As everyone know that he has been working for WIA for four years and works great to encourage young people to join each and every event in temple which is really great work. He's a friendly guy that does a good job to look after the Mandir. He explains things really well both in Gujurati and English, which is something important especially for the younger generations (as the younger generations perhaps weak in gujurati/sanskrit terms). He's also taken a lot of initiative to encourage people in taking part in festivals. Im really grateful with what he has done with the community thus far, and wish him all the best to hopefully continue being the pandit for Wellington.

I'd like to say that people don't take Mahesh Uncle that seriously and all because he jokes around quite a bit but that's what makes him approachable especially for us youth. He blends in the gap between the older generation and ours.
