Keep MAC Low-Flow shower heads

Do you need my member number? If a compromise is needed, I’d recommend they keep low flow on all but a couple shower heads. For those old school members who want long, luxurious showers, they can wait in line.

“Waste not want not” as they say!

It is a no brainer to have low flow shower heads I can’t believe you would consider not having them

This approach makes perfect sense. Those organizations that did not change and adapt are no longer with us.

Informed, intelligent members of the MAC can be proud in taking the lead to sustain our most precious natural resource. As a community, let us work together to set the pace for crucial reforms to benefit us and, by example, the larger society

The MAC can and should be a leader in sensible resource conservation. If anything, the club was late to the party in installing low flow devices. There will always be forces of negativity who will resist this kind of change. We must stand against that closed mindedness in the interest of positive change.

This is such an easy way to save water and save $$$! I support the Board and MAC staff leaders in any efforts towards environmental conservation.

Saving natural gas helps control climate change and we all need to make an effort to meet Oregon's goals.

Absolutely keep low-flow shower heads, we need to have sustainable practices within the MAC. Morally correct and economically sound.

I strongly support efforts to improve the MAC’s responsible use of our natural resources. Water conservation should be the LEAST we can do.

This is a perfect example of the Tragedy of the Commons. It sounds like the low flo water faucets resulted in significantly reduced water usage by the club. That's a very good thing. The fact that there is a cost savings as well is a bonus.

Saving water is the right thing to do. And low flow shower heads have come a long way in the past couple years! MAC absolutely needs to do its part to save water.

Let’s continue to make better choices for our environment at The MAC. No reason to go backwards!

High flow shower heads do not signal "premium". Sustainability and being an environmental leader should absolutely be our priorities as a club.
