Dont limit peoples access to live music. Its much more immersive than recorded, which in turn will prompt more interest in music!

The compromise of 7 hours per week is also not acceptable.. You have no right to "ban" live music. It's not the 20's and you can bet the Gravetenders would make a beeline down there to play a benefit for it.
