Please do not give a variance for this oversized structure. It is too tall, pushes too close to the neighboring properties, and the lights of the parking lot will significantly affect neighboring properties as well. It's inappropriate for Fort Lee to allow such significant variances for a building that will have no significant impact on Fort Lee itself, but rather on Leonia.
