Development without consideration for the neighborhood just shows poor respect by the elected officials.

Ingress and egress are terrible! This dangerous and will increase traffic on Bergen Boulevard which already backs up regularly! The proposed height would tower and cast a shadow over Leonia properties.

This will effectively be a 50 ft wall which will cast a huge morning shadow changing the environmental landscape. It is also a traffic hazard to Bergen Blvd and Rte 46 traffic as patrons attempt to cut across Bergen Blvd to get on 46 or cut in front of at speed traffic on 46. Stop this madness. Ft Lee will need more cops to respond to Motel madness and traffic accidents.

The building of the hotel will cause multiple unpleasant issues and should not be approved.

Further congestion pollution and noise. Inappropriate location for such a large structure. Strongly object.

Leave zoning as is. Not proper site for a hotel.

Please deny the application for the zoning variance. The traffic pattern, among other issues, would adversely affect the area.

this will have significant and detrimental impact on Leonia (homes and residents); consideration of same is warranted and no variance should be given.

A hotel on this site would be a nuisance and an eyesore abutting hundreds of homes. This is not a good use of the property, nor a good location for a hotel.
Development without consideration for the neighborhood just shows poor respect by the elected officials.
