Keep LeGrand Reynolds Horse Camp as it has been for years

When so many clubs assist with the up keep of this campground, it cannot possibly be a financial drain on the state. The L&G Club collects camping fees, and often RI does not cash the checks!

Please don't take this away from us!

I am from Maine. Myself and many out of state use the campground. It’s a beautiful site with gorgeous trails.

I have enjoyed many years of camping with my horses and kids at Lagrange. Taking it away from the equine enthusiast would be detrimental to our ability to carry on this tradition. Allowing bikes in there will be devastating to erosion on the trails.

This was dedicated for the use of horse only overnight , it needs to STAY that way.

This is a wonderful horse camp. Please keep it open.

I grew up camping here. It's a unique place that should be left alone!

As an original local to Exeter, later living near Pachaug State Forest in CT. I have witnessed first hand the effects on our forest areas of allowing multiple forms of camping in one area. Debris and litter accumulation increase. Destruction of the forestry and trails/ roads within increase as well. Please consider these factors when deliberating on a decision. Thank you.

This would be a true loss for horse and rider

The State takes away far too many resources now. As a former resident, I WILL NOT pay more to camp at a state facility than a resident- only state in the country that does this. There are very few places equestrians can camp. Why would you change this also?

Another way for the politicians to pad their own pockets.

Ct. Horse Clubs love this area as well. The camp area and ALL the trails are truly SPECTACULAR and treated with care and respect by the equestrian community.

Please keep the LeGrand Reynolds Horseman's Area as it is ; an area for horse people to camp and park!

Please keep this horseman’s campground open for the enjoyment of individual horse enthusiasts

Please do not open this great camping areas to others and make it impossible for horseback riders to camp there.

Please let us camp with our horses I have been going there for 30 years and love it. We have so many memories!
