Steve is an excellent addition the teaching team and brings a practical touch to a course that sorely needs it

Steve was the best part of the masters program. Losing him from the university would be a huge loss.

Steve has always been approachable and a great help, even years after I graduated. Made learning alot more interesting than any other radiography lecturer.

Steve is a wonderful teacher. Very engaging, very passionate and most importantly doesn't beat around the bush. He tells it how it is, and this was so handy going into placement and starting work as a radiographer as I knew realistically what to expect. He cannot be replaced!

Steve is an awesome lecturer and teacher. Very well structured lectures and tutorials. I graduated from Sydney Uni in 2010 and still to this day retained his info taught more than anyone else’s. He is an all round fantastic person and lecturer. Steve must stay!

Steve Littlefair was the best thing about the USyd Diagnostic Radiography degree. It would definitely not be the same without him.

Steve was brilliant at open day and really made me want to come to USYD for my undergraduate. Throughout both my undergrad and master degree (undertaken at UQ) I haven’t met a more approachable, funny and memorable lecturer. Steve also was lovely enough to remember my name when lectures started in first year and we have stayed in contact since I graduated. This is the kind of support all students should receive however very little staff actually have the same level of care and understanding of student culture. It saddens me that the university would lose such an iconic man.

Steve Littlefair is the best radiography teacher that Usyd has. Every time we get a new student at work, and I mention his name, everyone says how amazing he is and how much they have learnt from him. Steve’s method of teaching is really effective and everyone that has ever been in a classroom with him will agree that memory retention with his method of teaching is fantastic. I personally have never been offended by his jokes or comments, and everyone is always aware that his jokes are not directed at anyone and are not intended to be offensive. Usyd needs to ensure that Steve maintains his position to ensure that we have future students emerging with the knowledge he provides!

Steve is an Awesome teacher. He made the classes interesting, fun & enjoyable. He helped me through the tough times during clinical placements and I would not have made it through my Masters degree without him. He’s the best assets that Usyd has! Don’t make the mistake of losing him!

I had the pleasure of having Steve as a lecturer when he first arrived at sydney universty in 2009 or 2010. To this day I still use his methods when assessing a plain film xray. He taught me more practical radiography skills than any other faculty member at usyd. Given the often poor reputation usyd students have for practical ability i hope the university considers all of its options before they lose a valuable employee like Steve. I say this a previous student supervisor at a major sydney public hospital who has worked in both metropolitan and rural hospitals here in australia and abroad.

Steve was my favourite lecturer and at no time was I offended by his teaching strategies. Not only did I learn more in his lectures than any other subject, I looked forward to his classes as he was so passionate about Radiography, and due to this I retained everything he taught us.
