Please don’t take him away. He has been the only motivation and his awesome lectures makes me want to go to uni. Within a strange place of new faces and no friends, no acquaintances and no expectations; his passion encourages me and shed some light on my journey.

Steve made such a huge difference to my learning. He was more than an educator, he genuinely cared about our success as radiographers. He was an inspiration and was made to be a lecturer. I hope he is always able to continue with what he loves and is good at.

Honestly without Steve I probably would've dropped out as some of the other teaching stuff are fairly hopeless he really goes above and beyond for the students

Steve has been by far the best of any lecturer I have encountered in my 6 years at Usyd. He has a passion for his subject and he has a unique experience in that he has done so much image interpretation (from his time practicing in the UK) and do he brings skills to Australian rads which are invaluable and which are much needed in our profession. Every student of his has enjoyed his subjects the most and feels that his particular subject has been one of the most valuable to us in preparing to enter the workforce. The degree would have been good without Steve but with him it is memorable and so much better and I think having him at Usyd is one of the main reasons why we as students have a competitive edge against other Uni graduates- removing him would be a mistake for future students.

Steve was the best lecturer at USYD. I retained the most information from his lectures. He was engaging and challenged us to think about best practices and patient care. I looked forward to going to his lectures, I cannot say that for any of the other core lecturers of the degree. It would be a mistake to let Steve go.

Steve is an awesome lecturer. It will be a great loss for USYD and will be impossible to find such an amazing lecturer.

Steve was one of the few lecturers that created engaging and enjoyable classes. To get rid of him and not certain other lecturers who clearly aren't interested in teaching is just plain wrong.

USYD would never have been the same without him! I wouldn’t be half the radiographer I am without him. :’)

Dr Littlefair is an incredible educator, without him I would not have developed the image interpretation skills that are integral to a radiographer. Steve's content and manner in which it is delivered is interwoven with his passion for radiography even after 40+ years of being in the industry. I can honestly say that I engaged more with his lecture content above all others and as a result learnt the most from him. It would be a profound loss to the University of Sydney and its Medical Radiation Sciences department to lose such a proficient, inspiring and encouraging lecturer who is an expert in his field. All the best Steve!!! Will never forget the 4Fs!!!

Steve is a highly knowledgeable and engaging lecturer. Even if I intended to miss other lectures in the day, his was never one of them because he simplified the content and made it fun to turn up to class. Apart from his commendable knowledge base, he is also very approachable and kind if anyone requires extra help after the lectures or during exams. He is truly an asset to USYD and one of the highlights of my time there!

Steve has always provided an in-depth perspective regarding almost everything and anything relating to diagnostic imaging and pathology. He has been a great mentor to both the undergraduate and masters students! He has positively influenced and contributed so much to the MRS department at USYD, and it would be a shame if that were to be overlooked. Many radiographers I've worked with who had him has a lecturer/tutor still remember the mnemonics and image interpretation tips he had taught them even to this day.
