This place is great, and is where I eat every day I'm in the office. We don't need another lobby — we need great food!

Young Kim is a wonderful individual who has provided our building with with an essential amenity for a long time. If you want Hot, YUMMY, quick, inexpensive food, this is the one spot you'll get it at in this area. I hope that he's able to find a better location to move to. He will be missed.

I love their breakfast sandwiches! Where am I going to go if they are not there? I would really like them to stay because I pretty much go there every week multiple times.

King's Deli is an institution that we all rely upon for a quick and easy lunch within our building.

NOOOOO! Please re-think this decision! King Deli is the soul of this building, and the staff there are some of the nicest people I've ever met. Our lobby is just fine. If you feel the need to remodel it, fine, but so without kicking King Deli out of their space.

The deli is the only source of quality food at a fair price within a convenient distance from my desk. I can't count the number of times they've saved my bacon by letting me get a quick bite to eat in between back to back meetings. It's absolutely absurd to evict them in favor of a stupid lobby that nobody uses now, and there's a giant lobby in the adjacent building that feels abandoned -- that alone should tell you that you're trying to fix what ain't broke and nobody needs!

Please don't kick King's Deli out! They provide affordable, tasty, and convenient breakfast, lunch, and snack options that I really can't get anywhere else on this side of Pioneer Square. They also fill basic convenience store needs - batteries, mints, and Gatorade - all of which I have searched many stores around here for before my co-workers pointed out King's.

I can't understand how more lobby space would be more appealing to current or prospective tenants than having a consistent, affordable lunch option in the building. Unfortunate that a small business is being pushed out for a lobby update.

You may think there's a shortage of soulless corporate lobbies full of cushy empty chairs and useless coffee tables and nondescript sculptures and potted ficus plants, but you're wrong. King deli has been serving great food & sundries at reasonable prices for years and years, and the tenants of your buildings, and many others in the local community will miss it sorely. Your lobby already has enough stupid empty chairs and wide open pointless spaces. Leave King Deli alone please.

A remodel does not serve the tenants of the building like the King St deli does. Let em stay!

We NEED this amazing staple. They have an amazing family business and great sandwiches. Please keep them!

King's Deli serves your customers (tenants) and increases productivity for your customers (tenants) because they don't have to leave the building for lunch. It also adds character to the building, which attracts more customers (tenants) for you. Seriously, what is the reason you made this decision and when were you planning on telling your customers (tenants)?

This is my favorite place to go for breakfast and lunch. With Beba's gone and now King's closing, where else will we go to support a local family owned business?! Please renew King's lease and allow them to remain open.

King Deli adds value to the building. It provides a great place to get quick food for the many busy employees who work here. It's a fantastic perk to be able to offer a potential tenant - employees don't need to leave the site to get food! Please keep the Deli open!
