I am shocked and dissapointed to hear that my young grandchildren will have to be bussed to their local school. doesn't the board have an obligation to educate children in their own neighbourhood where ever possible? Being kicked out because of a specialty programme ( FI) doesn't seem right although even I would like to see them in French Immersion in the future.

The small children in our community do not need to be shipped out to other neighbourhoods to go to Kindergarten when we have a local school capable of running this program.

Our neighbourhood has already lost Breckon and Strathcona schools. Please keep kindergarten in Pineland.

When Breckon school was closed these families were assured they would have a place at Pineland!
