She and her baby need to stay together; she chose to have him, it's nobody's right to take him away. The State needs to find a home, be it foster or a home for teenage mothers, where they both receive the support they need. The State feels it's their "job" to protect the baby but all they care about is covering their butts. She's a mother now; that child is HER responsibility, and no one has the right to take him away.
