Not interested in having my phone with me in hot weather, wet environment, with bad cell service in the neighborhood.

It's an unnecessary change and given we are already paying an absurd amount in HOA dues, this feels like a money grab for when the eventual cost of this new system is put onto us. The excuses provided to residents for the change only reflect incompetence and lack of training on the part of the HOA managing staff, neither of which are residents' problems. We didn't ask for this and since we are the ones who live here, we should have been polled first. In no world do I want to have to take my phone just to use the amenities.

I do not want to have to bring my phone to the pool. It is too hot for electronics to sit outside, not to mention the risk of it getting wet. Cell service is also an issue as I can only use my phone in the neighborhood of I am connected to Wi-Fi. How much is this costing? Were multiple bids obtained? I have multiple concerns.

Will this new system raise HOA fees and were more than one bid collected by HOA before moving forward?
We do not want to have to bring phones and relying on phone when service is sub par in area by amenity area

I live with my grandparents- but I’m the main user at the amenity center and having to set this kind of thing up when the HOA accounts are under them is going to be such a pain plus an additional cost?! No thank you!
