Kastner has done a lot for the music department. Firing him would be an injustice and we should not dishonor the school's name with such an unfair act.

Keep him! As a former student of his, he loves his job, his students and has really expanded this program in NAHS!

We as a whole band and the members from previous years need Kastner! He's a true friend to all students and he's been there for all of us. He needs to stay and create more music, more experiences and more memories with us and with the people coming up !

everyone including school administrators say how great our NAHS band is but why is it that great? because they have a good instructor who works hard and dedicates his time to his students .. why take that away?

I am an alumni of the North Arlington high school chorus. I disagree that Mr.Kastner should be replaced. He was great with his students and taught at a high potential. Please do not remove him he deserves to stay where he is at today.
Kastner is the man
Please don't let this band lose their director
Leave well enough alone.
