I had to watch him stand with the family and friends at her funeral. I sang in the CHS Acapella choir that day with our friends. I watched her mama lay broken hearted across the coffin crying from a deep broken primitive and soul crushing place. He proceeded to carry her coffin as a pallbearer. I’m sick to death thinking about that day. He was not sorry and exhibited a cold indifference in order to carry her body that he raped and sexually assaulted and stabbed and gutted her like a wild animal left for dead in a ditch just a few miles from my home. Please never let him out of prison. Somehow the fact that he may have mentioned killing again to the investigators?? that should be addressed by a totally different investigation and trial. The investigation should include any NEW information he may have threatened to do while talking with other inmates or duty to report personnel or medical/psychological providers while
In prison. That information should be considered separate from the crime he was tried for Crystal Todd. Please find a legal angle to keep this monster locked away. He’s my age. He has plenty of years to kill again if he gets out. Please deny him this time and every future parole opportunity. Crystal and her mama are gone. The family snd friends supporting this should be heard. Say no. And stop making this parole hearing every 2 years an exhausting effort and waste of time for all involved.
