This man is a danger to society, if he were to be released prior to his death in prison, it would be a gross miscarriage of the justice system. A sociopath that raped, murdered, and then was a pallbearer at the funeral is hard wired, in their brain, not to have a conscience.
Any panel or judge who allows the release of this sociopath lacks basic intelligence.

I remember this case so well. This heartless individual needs to stay in prison. Not only did he take this young ladies life, he stayed present around her family like he was a loving friend when all along he had killed her!!! No fit for society!
