A person like this can not be rehabilitated. Society is not safe with him free. He had zero sympathy for his victim nor those who loved her. He will have zero sympathy for his next victim(s). Do not give him the gift of freedom and the opportunity to murder another person or destroy another family.

I signed this petition because the evidence in this case already overwhelmingly proved his guilt—DNA, confession, and corroborating facts. Decades later, his continued attempts to exploit loopholes show a complete lack of remorse or accountability. The victim and her family deserve lasting justice, and the community deserves safety. Keeping him incarcerated is not only justified—it’s necessary.
