This man should have had a death sentence served instead of life. No way this man should be released. A family friend who knew her well, raped and stabbed the young lady 30 times. The family having to petition every two years, to keep him where he belongs is unreal.

He deserves to never be free and put others in danger. Crystal was his "best friend" and look what he did to her. She was a beautiful girl with a bright future. He took her life. He took her away from her sweet Mama and everyone else that loved her. He should have been executed after he did this.

Crystal was a senior when I was a freshman in high school. This was a very emotional , terrifying, traumatic time in our town until this monster was arrested. Someone who could do such horrific acts to another human being is incomprehensible, but someone who does this to close friend is even more horrifying. A person like this is evil. Ken Register should remain in prison to protect the public and to serve his punishment, which is very generous, given what he did to Crystal Todd.
