This man raped, sodomized, and murdered a woman who family trusted him. The grief of this child's brutal death was felt by the entire community even today. Ken Register is so cold that he was a pallbearer at the victims funeral and continued pretending like he was helping by maintaining communication with her mother during the investigation.
This man should not be freed to terrorize this community again.
Murderers don't get better in jail. They just learn how to hide their darkness.
