I had always worked in Conway but just built a house there. Was looking for a new church when on that Sunday morning it was announced in church and everyone was devastated.

I am asking the parole board to not grant this murderer Kenneth Register parole due to the horrendous acts of violence he subjected Crystal Faye Todd to and then resumed his life as though nothing had happened. He should continue to serve out his two life sentences and never see the outside world again as he would be a menace to society as people like him can never be rehabilitated.
Prevent this from happening again- horrific.
