I live on Grover Wilson road and do not think that a housing development of that size will be good for our community.

Please do not add a new subdivision to this area! I moved in the country to stay in the country... I also want my kids to know what the forest looks like if we just keep building and building there will be hardly any more wild life and the pollution will kill our water supply. I am from CA and this is what happened with them. I DO NOT want Blythewood to become little Columbia. We do not need that here. Please keep the woods the woods and leave us out of all this new development.

I agree with Brenda Kae. Keep the lot sizes large; if it's something like Cobblestone or Crickentree that wouldn't be so bad; but if it's like the Summit it will create traffic problems, bring our home values down, and overcrowd our schools

500 houses built on 202 acres is too much; please reconsider the lot size to keep in step with the rural feeling of Blythewood. Thank you for your time.

This is practically my back yard!! We love our area being rural, why we bought where we did almost 10 years ago! Being raised in Blythewood, to me something like this development would totally change what Blythewood has always been. We do not have the fire/emergency protection, our beautiful rural roads couldn't stand the traffic, and what a view we would be losing. KEEP BLYTHEWOOD RURAL!!
