I have been spending my nights reviewing the stories you have shared because they remind me exactly why my own family relies on the vascular team at Queen Alexandra. Behind the scenes I am gathering these accounts to present directly to the Clinical Senate so they cannot ignore the human cost of this proposal.

The momentum behind this plea to keep vascular services at Queen Alexandra is growing in a way that feels deeply validating for my family. Knowing that so many of you grasp the danger of losing this care keeps me going through the long hours of advocacy.

With ambulance response times getting longer, Southampton is too far away to transport patients with vascular problems. The quicker they receive professional hospital care the better.
My mother in law received excellent care at QA after her recent heart attack. Southampton is too far!
The need for vascular surgery is often very urgent. I believe lives could be lost if patients need to go the extra distance to Southampton.
Vascular surgery is an essential part of Q.A.'s service e to South Ham
Cannot believe this is up in the air again ---IF ONLY WE STILL HAD HASLAR!!!!
After all the money spent on QA Hospital the surrounding area needs this hospital to offer all services to compensate for the loss of services in the smaller local hospitals.

QA was designed and built to be the super hospital to serve the whole of South Hampshire. If vital services are to be withdrawn, we shall be left with a large, empty shell!! We must keep top level vascular skills at QA
