This issue isn't that it's a small town, its that the store is incredibly dated & doesn't carry adequate inventory. It's basically a target jr. the last several times I've been there they didn't have ANY toddler size 4 shoes???

I have worked there and I feel for my former team members. Hutchinson values the store please keep it open. There are ways to restructure it would take someone to come in and observe where they can save.
