Hugo is a very friendly and professional person. my kids are always happy to see him. I always see him on top of requests and at the same he always make time for a friendly chat.

Hugo made me feel so welcome when I first moved in a year ago. Always cheerful and friendly, he'd put a smile on my face every time I came from work. He's greatly missed and we need him back!
