Driving on the beach is one of the main reasons I bring my family to Homer. Please do not restrict access.

Please do NOT close the beaches of Homer to motorized vehicles. We love our beaches enough to take care of them without such restrictions. Thank you!

Beaches have always had motorized access..some people can only get to their property via the beach. We need to stop making more pointless laws.

They are homers beaches for all people heat their houses with the coal from our beaches some have children and may not be able to afford fuel or wood so why ruin it for those who need it come on people we love our beaches and the resources they give.

People like mr. Lewis are the reason kids in homer are more likely to do heroine or meth before the find a constructive past time. Furthering the movement of this proposed ordinance will worse the state of the community and overall lead to new areas being driven on.

Closing the beach to motorized vehicles is not a good 'law'

I was born in this town 41 years ago and have been using those beaches a good portion of those years- punishing the many makes no sense, find a way to deal with the few that are causing the problems.

Leave it as it always has been.

My family has been using tractors and trucks to get coal from Bishop's Beach for over 70 years. Do not change historical use and lose another access right in Homer. Thank you.

I have lived in Homer for 15 years. for the last 3 years i have used bishops beach access to get coal off the beach to heat my home. I am 1 month away from going a full year with out using anything, but Beach coal from bishops beach to heat my home. Blocking or restricting access to bishops beach will prevent me from saving thousands of dollars. It will force me and a lot of other residents to need public assistance to heat their homes, or worse be forced to relocate. I also know of many artists in Homer, AK that also use our beaches resources to create their artwork. With out access they will be with out an income. There has got to be a better way to solve our beach issues.
