Greg needs to stay. His character is a very important part of Y&r. I have watched since the beginning but this getting rid of veteran actors is going to make me stop watching.

P L E A S E keep Greg Rikaart!! He ads sooo much to the show and it would NOT be the same without him also it would make for a good show to see him being a dad, that is side we have not seen with him. He's always been so tortured and it would be nice to see him being a good loving dad and all that comes with that!

In the current market, which is saturated with mind umbing junk, Y&R cannot afford to lose talented long-time cast members like Greg Rikaart!
Look at what happened when All My Children and One Life To Live saturated, filled their cast to bursting with vapid cartoon character and newbies galore.
Look at what it has done to Days Of Our Lives; which is struggling desperately, to put it VERY politely, in the ratings!
Y&R does NOT need useless eye candy; daytime is full of it. What it DOES need is ALL of its phenomenally talented long- time and veteran cast.
That is, IF CBS wants to retain its number one spot in daytime and all that goes with it; including the revenue!
