There are too many empty buildings in Gastonia that need to be revitalized. Leave this area alone.

Invest heavily in parks and schools. Let's be the healthy, green community with great schools. Keep our green space, there are plenty of places to build.

There's enough shops along that part of Franklin Blvd.

Please deny the commerical rezoning request! Franklin Square is over developed in that area. Traffic is terrible there.

People already use our neighborhood as a cut through between Redbud and Franklin. Please don't direct more traffic our way.

We have ravaged our piece of the Earth enough on the East side. We do not need anything else over there.

That area is already way to congested. Revitalize the west side of town and use all of the empty buildings we already have....PLEASE

Have enough empty big boxes in town that should be redeveloped before more are built

As a resident of Gastonua, I would much rather see incentives given to revitalize existing buildings and infrastructure, such as Akers Center, than new development along an already overcrowded strip of Franklin Blvd. Please vote NO.

Renovate and use the huge buildings of the former K-mart and Gander Mtn.

Use some of the empty buildings already found around this area and preserve this neighborhood.
