The fandom strongly believes that the show, Reign, cannot possibly go on without one of the main characters, Francis, who is loved by many viewers. Not only will this action greatly affect us fans but would also jeopardise the show's plot and there would no longer be a great story to tell that would catch people's attention and make them want to continue watching Reign.

I know the actual King Francis died of an ear infection at a young age, but this is TV and obviously Reign isn't too historically accurate ... so please keep Francis on the show! He is central to the show and to many of us diehard Reign fans. Ignore history and keep Francis alive!!
The show is a historical fantasy. The love story of Francis and Mary is what the public looks forward to each week. If Francis dies, the story ends. In keeping with fantascy, let Francis live and give them a Happy Ending.......
I run a blog on Instagram dedicated to Reign, it will die( no pun intended) without Francis. He is the unattainable boy next door type that all girls and women alike love!! Please DONT KILL FRANCIS!!!!
Please keep Francis alive. This show is all about the great love of Francis and Mary. If you kill him off, I will stop watching this show. Just because he died in history, does not mean the writers cant write something to keep him alive.
Francis is my favourite character and I adore Toby Regbos acting,I also want to see more of his and Mary's relationship,maybe a future child. I know that historic events show that he died Young but the whole reason for the show is to make the viewers happy and this would make us VERY HAPPY!!

See,Laurie McCarthy and Stephanie Sengupta,this is why we can't have nice things... Honestly,why do all of my favorites characters have giant targets on their backs? *sighs* Seriously,if you kill Francis you kill the entire reason I'm invested in this show.
