Fellow members of FrameCast, Daniel Cota on the 10th of April 2021 had announced that he will shut down FrameCast and DrawCast, his drawing apps he created,on all app stores. I would like to create a petition to keep them alive and up on the app store. He stated that he no longer has the time to keep them running at the level he would like, and that they will live again in new app releases in the future, but the dates are undecided when. There are possible ways he could keep FrameCast and DrawCast up, like passing the apps onto another person to run. That's the outcome I want out of this...TONIGHT WE STRIKE!

Daniel Cota is trying to erase these apps while we sit here and watch our creative home disappear. This surge of momentum proves he cannot just pull the plug on our community without a fight.

PLEASE BRING IT BACK. I miss so many people and so many things. Frame cast was my safe haven through some of the worst mental health I’ve had in my life. Frame cast is was home. I really hope this petition gets seen.
I’ve adored FrameCast and it has gotten me into drawing into the first place along with helping me grow as an artist. I say we keep the app up for future generations to find and create art with along with making friends in the community.
I enjoy Framecast and Drawcast a lot,I’ve been using both of those apps for so long.i was actually going to redownload framecast before I discovered it was shut down,I need this app:it makes animating so much simpler for me
its been 1 year but i think im still going through a stage of genuine grief you dont have to keep the networks going just let me see all my art i worked too hard on them to turn into lost files
Framecast, along with drawcast was a huge part of my older arts development, inspiration and overall improvement- I would hate to see it shut down, especially because of all the memories I have of me and my friends with it.

Man I loved Framecast so much. I understand why Daniel decided to shut it down, but I hope that he can find a way to bring it back to us. My username was Minty24mlp lol. I was 14 when I made that account. I would love to come back to Framecast someday. It was the only animation software I was comfortable using tbh
