Cody and Felicia Beemer allegedly raped their 13 month old daughter in a "supervised" visit to CSB in Trumbull County, Ohio. They are currently being held on a $1 million dollar bond. We are asking the DA in the case to pursue maximum prosecutorial efforts, and upon conviction, maximum sentencing. Also, we are asking that CSB be held accountable for their inaction and irresponsibilty in that no one supervised them? This is NOT acceptable. Please sign and share this petition with everyone.
