I feel strongly compelled to sign this petition. Dione has been a massive part of my fitness journey for the past two years. Her energy, passion and professionalism is what has kept me at OT and it will be really detrimental to the studio if she leaves. I cannot speak highly enough of Dione. She’s a wonderful asset who should be cherished.

Dione is a fantastic coach. She should not be discriminated against for being a parent. OTF has no reason not to accommodate her needs. She is one of the best coaches we have. A great loss if she leaves or is pushed out as a result! Be a good employer and reinstate her hours!

Dione is one of the few amazing coaches at Orange theory and the reason why so many of us continue with our membership. She gives so much in every class and OTF has an obligation to ensure we are receiving the best coaches who are consistent especially those who go above and beyond.

I am extremely disappointed that Orangetheory is treating one of the best coaches we have this way. It is downright discrimination and the members can see it. Please explain to us why this decision has been allowed!!
