Mr Dhanapalon has good intentions and really knows what he's talking about. Its just a few students who are disrespectful and disruptive in class that ruin it. He has always helped me when I have needed him. He shouldn't be fired.

He has helped me so much with school not in just his class but with any other class. He goes out of his way to make sure I am focused and doing my best. He has built a relationship with me unlike any other teacher, and can recognize when something is wrong with his students and will support them. He has taught me so much about not just American History or school but about life itself.

I wasn't his favorite student. We argued a lot but I still know he's one of the best and most caring teachers we have.

Lets be real the kids complain nonstop about their work and how they want to do this and want to do that but then complain when they arent getting A's because they were too busy whining in the first place plus its not like alot of the kids in there are the type to actually want to learn anything and if they really want to scrutinize their teachers there are other issues they could be concerned about.

Of my years of going to East, he has been an amazing teacher. He doesn't just go to teach, he goes to help his students. He taught us more than history...he taught us how to be a family and how to work together. I think he is a very good teacher.
