Representative Kowalko is strong voice for the people. He is sometimes a voice of dissent and for that he was removed from two posts where his voice is most needed. Keep Kowalko on the Education Committee and return him to the chair on the Energy Committee.

As an enlisted man and officer. I fought in World War II and the Korean Conflict, along with millions who gave their lives and limbs defeating Nazi-ism, Fascism and Communism. I didn't ever believe I'd have to fight in Delaware against the UN-AMERICANISM wrought by Representative and Speaker of OUR House of Government Peter Swartzkopf who is delivering the same police state, totalitarian, blaCK-BOOTED MISREPRESENTATION BY WHAt he has done to exemplary State Representative John Kowalko, Jr. A civic/political disgraceful violation of our nation's First Amendment in our Constitution.
