What he did was worse than Ian Huntley so how come Ian HUntley's 'life means life'?
It doesn't matter whether he has rehabilitated, he committed an awful crime and should be away for the rest of his natural life.

What sort of society would release this man? Who would take even the slightest risk of this happening again? This man appeared to care for children before he committed these murders, nobody predicted his insane behaviour then so how could they now? His heinous acts make most horror movies pale into insignificance. He took those little children's lives away, made them suffer a terrible death and then mutilated their bodies and put them on display, its grossly irresponsible to release him

This case is beyond evil and this maniac should never see the light of day. A case for capital punishment. Thoughts and prayers to their poor mother. Sad beyond words that our society puts the murders before the helpless beautiful children.
